Senior Sales Manager – APAC

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead new‑business development across the Asia‑Pacific region for Tata Communications. The role will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with customers and partners, and closing complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Define and execute long‑range sales strategy, territory planning and forecasting for the APAC market.
• Conduct feasibility checks, negotiate pricing and technical solutions, and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships at all levels to expand customer reach.
• Monitor market and competitive trends to adjust tactics and achieve sales targets.
• Lead small project teams when required and collaborate cross‑functionally across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior sales or business development roles within the telecom or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of cloud, mobility, IoT, security and network services.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.
