About the role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive profitable revenue from Singapore government and commercial accounts, selling Tech Mahindra’s services and solutions. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, achieving revenue targets and building strong partner relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Generate profitable revenue from assigned Singapore government and commercial accounts, both existing and new.
- Achieve targets for revenue, gross margin and debtor days.
- Sell Tech Mahindra’s services and solutions across the portfolio.
- Participate in business planning and execute strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned verticals and geography.
- Maintain regular face‑to‑face contact with customers, deliver sales presentations and conduct negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and offshore teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of invoices and payments.
- Prospect and qualify new opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, local partners and consultants.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of sales experience with a proven record of achieving targets.
- At least 4 years of experience selling technology services and solutions to Singapore government entities.
- Strong ability to collaborate in a matrix environment and coordinate with offshore teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to C‑level executives.
- Self‑motivated, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and negotiate complex deals.
- Good analytical and decision‑making abilities.
- Post‑graduate degree in Business or an MBA is a plus.
