Senior Sales Manager – Hotel & Events

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive room, event space and hotel service sales for Pullman Singapore Hill Street. You will lead lead‑generation activities, nurture client relationships and ensure we exceed revenue targets while delivering a seamless, fun guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Make daily sales calls, generate leads and convert them into room, group and event bookings.
• Develop new accounts each month, including RFP and LNC opportunities.
• Arrange at least three site inspections or entertainment meetings per week with qualified prospects.
• Prepare monthly action plans for main market segments and review corporate account performance.
• Monitor competitor rate strategies and adjust positioning accordingly.
• Manage accounts end‑to‑end: contracting, profile updates, sales activities in Anais, RFP submission via Cvent, and contract renewals.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, group resumes and provide meet‑and‑greet services.
• Upsell and cross‑sell hotel facilities to maximise overall revenue.
• Represent the hotel at external client events and maintain high visibility.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and training sessions as required.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Willingness to work beyond office hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.
• Awareness of fire, life‑safety and emergency procedures.
