Senior Sales Manager

About the role

MYDUCAT is seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead growth in its international payments and regulated markets business. The role offers a pathway to a Non‑Executive Director position based in Singapore for high‑performing candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and regulators.
• Identify new market opportunities across international and APAC markets.
• Lead negotiations and support key business development initiatives.
• Coordinate communication and regulatory interactions with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
• Support expansion initiatives within the Asia‑Pacific region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FinTech, financial services, payments, banking or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of MAS regulatory requirements and ability to engage with MAS representatives.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales and business development.
• Extensive network and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience working with international clients and cross‑border payments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Prior experience in the Singapore market is an advantage.
