Senior SAP IS‑Retail Consultant – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP SD / IS‑Retail Consultant to join our enterprise transformation team in Singapore. You will act as the functional subject‑matter expert for end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash and omnichannel retail processes, driving the design, configuration and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops with retail stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable SAP S/4HANA designs.
• Configure SAP SD and IS‑Retail modules, covering Article Master, Site Master, pricing, promotions and assortment management.
• Utilise S/4HANA features such as localized business partners, real‑time inventory, aMTP and Fiori to optimise retail operations.
• Manage integrations with MM, FICO, EWM and external POS, e‑commerce and 3PL systems.
• Write detailed functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and workflows (RICEFW) and collaborate with ABAP and BTP developers.
• Lead unit testing, SIT, support UAT and oversee data migration for retail structures.
• Conduct key‑user training and drive system adoption across retail business units.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of functional SAP experience, including at least 3 years focused on SAP IS‑Retail.
• Successful participation in a full‑lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation (greenfield or brownfield).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Based in Singapore or legally authorised to work there.
