About the role
We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead on‑site operations across our construction projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will coordinate labour, machinery, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Control and manage site resources, including labour and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections and assess subcontractor performance.
- Monitor and manage subcontractor work progress.
- Identify, manage, and resolve technical issues on site.
- Assist in planning and sequencing construction activities in line with the Project Quality Plan.
- Attend and contribute to meetings with consultants and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- Recognised degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably with HDB projects.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
