Senior Site Engineer & Project Manager – Construction

About the role

DING YI CONCEPT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer and Project Manager to lead construction projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, adherence to schedules, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities to guarantee efficient project execution.
• Plan, monitor, and adjust project schedules to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align objectives.
• Supervise construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
• Review, coordinate, and approve shop and as‑built drawings.
• Prepare detailed site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proven track record in site supervision and project coordination.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• AutoCAD for reviewing and coordinating drawings.
