Senior Site Foreman (Architectural)

About the role

The Senior Site Foreman (Architectural) supports the Site Superintendent in managing subcontractors and on‑site teams to deliver architectural works that meet design specifications and quality standards. This role ensures smooth coordination, safety, and timely progress on construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural drawings before distributing information to subcontractors and workers.
• Collaborate with subcontractors on work methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and enforce safety provisions on the site.
• Assist in manpower planning, daily man‑hour reporting, and resolution of site‑level issues.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment to keep the project on schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors’ work to ensure adherence to specifications and quality expectations.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in building or civil engineering projects.
• Proven ability to read and work from architectural drawings, specifications, and details.
• Experience completing at least one full building project.
• Strong problem‑identification skills and ability to propose effective schedule solutions.
• Capacity to make rapid, informed decisions on site.
