Senior Specialist, Advertiser Product Development

About the role

Mastercard’s Commerce Media team is seeking a Senior Specialist to drive the creation and delivery of innovative advertiser solutions. You will own key workstreams that shape product concepts, prototypes, and features, contributing directly to revenue growth and long‑term differentiation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product concepts, prototypes, and feature sets while independently managing critical workstreams.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and CX&D teams to translate strategy into product requirements, prioritize milestones, and track progress with technical leads.
• Lead the strategy and roadmap for data, reporting, and machine‑learning capabilities, delivering new features and enhancing existing ones.
• Design and implement functionalities such as advertiser performance reporting, insights, budget forecasting, network health monitoring, propensity and auction modeling for Card Linked Offers and Ads.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives by supplying data points for value‑proposition collateral.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Navigate a matrixed, globally distributed organization to influence stakeholders and meet tight timelines.
• Build relationships across Publisher, Sales, and Operations teams to foster collaboration.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in product development, preferably within advertising or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills in a matrixed, global setting.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
