About the role
The Senior Specialist, Customer Acquisition will convert high‑intent inbound interest into new Business and Enterprise customers for AI‑driven solutions. You will qualify prospects, conduct consultative discovery, and guide them through a value‑focused sales cycle while delivering a professional experience from first contact to close.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads via calls, email and digital channels with timely, high‑quality outreach.
- Conduct structured discovery (e.g., BANT, MEDDICC) to uncover use cases, technical needs and decision criteria.
- Own the full sales cycle – qualification, value articulation, product guidance, objection handling and closing.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs: activity targets, conversion rates, pipeline coverage and quota.
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive insights and product opportunities to internal teams.
- Stay current on product features, AI/ML market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Execute ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of inside sales or closing experience in SaaS, preferably high‑velocity or SMB environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly.
- Experience in consultative selling and structured discovery frameworks.
- Fluent in English and Korean to manage client engagements in South Korea and Southeast Asia.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools and workflows.
- Knowledge of BANT and MEDDICC discovery frameworks.
