Senior Strategy Project Manager – VIP & Institutional Business

About the role

OKX is seeking a Senior Strategy Project Manager to drive high‑impact initiatives for its VIP and Institutional business lines. Reporting to the CEO Office, you will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, data analytics, and AI transformation to scale growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and operating mechanisms.
• Leverage data analytics and AI‑assisted workflows to uncover business opportunities, performance drivers, and execution risks.
• Design and continuously improve governance frameworks, execution cadences, and cross‑functional workflows.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and implement scalable, structural solutions rather than one‑off fixes.
• Support company‑wide AI transformation initiatives, embedding intelligent automation into daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology, consulting, fintech, or fast‑paced platform environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex business problems.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous settings with high ownership and execution excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional projects.
