Senior Structural Engineer – High‑Rise & Complex Buildings

About the role

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with extensive experience in high‑rise and complex building projects. You will lead structural design, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with local authorities and Ramboll standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute structural designs in line with project requirements and Ramboll policies.
• Prepare and submit calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports for approval by authorities such as LTA, PUB, and NPARKS.
• Manage project schedules, resource planning, and profitability, raising variations as needed.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to junior staff, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Liaise with consultants, external bodies, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the production and issuance of Ramboll drawings and documentation.
• Support project closure, including receipt of TOP, CSC, and final payment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Significant experience in structural design of high‑rise and complex buildings.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes and authority submission processes.
