Senior Supply Chain Specialist - SAP S/4HANA

About the role

West Pharmaceutical Services is hiring a Senior Supply Chain Specialist for an onsite position in Jurong, Singapore, covering a 15-month assignment. The role supports end-to-end supply chain processes while playing a key part in SAP S/4HANA implementation, process optimization and post-go-live support. It bridges business operations and system execution across planning, inventory, warehouse and shipping functions. The position is onsite for all scheduled workdays and no relocation assistance is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Support supply chain process execution across planning, inventory, warehousing and shipping.
• Take part in SAP S/4HANA implementation: requirements gathering, fit-gap discussions, process mapping, testing and deployment support.
• Work with business stakeholders to define process needs and align them with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Support process design and standardization for planning, warehouse, shipping and inventory management.
• Help validate system configuration, run functional tests and resolve issues during implementation and enhancements.
• Run test scripts for unit, integration and user acceptance testing, and support data validation and cutover readiness.
• Provide post-go-live support to stabilize operations and improve user adoption.
• Monitor daily SAP S/4HANA transactions and troubleshoot issues affecting supply, warehouse or shipping performance.
• Partner with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service and finance teams, and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Act as a liaison between business users and SAP functional and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, enhancement or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of planning, warehouse, inventory and shipping processes.
• Experience with testing, issue tracking, process documentation and user support.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in supply chain processes.
• Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA rollouts, fit-gap analysis, process mapping and post-go-live support.
• Preferred: exposure to integration points across procurement, production, logistics and finance, and experience in manufacturing, distribution or regulated industries.
