Senior System Engineer – Digital Workplace

About the role

A leading energy infrastructure provider is looking for a Senior System Engineer to drive the digital workplace strategy in Singapore. You will be responsible for the design, deployment and continuous improvement of endpoint and collaboration technologies, ensuring security, reliability and a great user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android using Intune, SCCM and Group Policy.
• Manage virtual desktop infrastructure, software deployment and patching processes.
• Strengthen endpoint security controls in line with internal standards.
• Act as L2 escalation point for the L1 support team, performing root‑cause analysis and driving issue resolution.
• Evaluate, pilot and implement new technologies to enhance digital workplace capabilities.
• Support collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack and other enterprise messaging systems.
• Document systems, processes and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management and technical support.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft technologies (Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, endpoint security solutions).
• Structured problem‑solver with solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and stay updated on emerging technologies.
