Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand. The role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, HR Business Partners and hiring managers, ensuring the attraction and hiring of high‑caliber talent that supports the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic talent advisory on workforce planning, market intelligence, competitor insights and compensation trends.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, including corporate, commercial, supply‑chain, technical and leadership positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent‑pipelining strategies for hard‑to‑fill and critical positions.
• Ensure a compliant, high‑quality recruitment process aligned with Solventum policies and local labor regulations.
• Partner with hiring managers to drive timely decision‑making and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Contribute to regional talent‑acquisition initiatives, diversity hiring, employer branding and capability‑building programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or talent advisor in a multinational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market data into actionable hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills.
