Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver talent solutions that support organisational growth and workforce planning. This role requires a proactive, consultative approach and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define manpower needs, job specifications and hiring priorities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, professional networks and career fairs.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Facilitate assessment exercises, reference checks, employment verifications and background screenings.
• Prepare and extend offers, negotiate compensation within approved guidelines, and ensure internal equity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on talent market trends and hiring best practices.
• Promote employer branding through recruitment campaigns, networking events and social media.
• Maintain talent pipelines and support workforce and succession planning initiatives.

Required profile

• Proactive and consultative mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Extensive experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy.
• Trusted advisor capability, providing guidance on candidate selection, interview techniques and market trends.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills for interview scheduling and assessment management.
