About the role

CuspAI is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join its People Team in Singapore. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical partnerships and business development hires, helping the company scale its world‑class research and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hiring for technical partnership specialists, researchers, engineers and applied scientists.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior researchers to translate complex technical requirements into compelling job narratives.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, map talent networks, and conduct targeted outreach.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and act as a cultural gatekeeper.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent team to evolve CuspAI’s recruitment processes and support sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level technical recruitment, preferably within AI, materials science or related high‑tech sectors.
• Strong ability to work autonomously, manage multiple pipelines, and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for building high‑performing teams.
