Senior Talent Partner – Technical Recruitment

About the role

CuspAI is scaling its People Team after a $100 million Series A round. We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical partnership and business development positions, helping the company accelerate breakthroughs in AI‑driven materials science.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle hiring process for technical partnership, research, engineering and applied‑science roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate complex technical requirements into compelling job narratives.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, map talent networks and conduct proactive outreach to elite candidates.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and act as a cultural gatekeeper for the organization.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent team to continuously improve recruitment processes and scale the function sustainably.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level technical recruitment, preferably within AI, biotech or advanced materials sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for storytelling about cutting‑edge technology.
• Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and maintain high hiring standards.
