Senior Tax & Finance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tax & Finance Specialist to join a globally recognised renewable energy technology company in Singapore. The role supports regional finance operations, tax compliance and corporate governance across a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting and financial reporting for Singapore entities, ensuring compliance with SFRS and Companies Act.
• Coordinate annual audits, prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee all Singapore tax compliance obligations, including Corporate Income Tax, Estimated Chargeable Income, Withholding Tax and GST filings.
• Maintain and enhance transfer pricing documentation in line with Singapore regulations and OECD guidelines.
• Conduct tax risk assessments, implement controls and support internal stakeholders on tax matters.
• Act as primary contact for IRAS tax audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Support international tax planning, cross‑border transaction analysis and business structure optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance and tax within a multinational organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax law, SFRS, Companies Act and IRAS requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with transfer pricing frameworks and OECD guidelines.
• Ability to manage complex cross‑border transactions and provide practical tax advice.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
