Senior Technician, Airframe & Engine

About the role

The Senior Technician, Airframe & Engine is responsible for maintaining and servicing military aircraft at our airbase facility. You will ensure aircraft are safe, airworthy, and compliant with OEM and FAA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect aircraft components for leaks, cracks, corrosion, distortion, and other technical issues.
• Perform phase servicing, inspections, component replacement, and operational checks on airframe and engine systems following OEM Technical Manuals and Special Technical Instructions.
• Execute maintenance, repairs, system troubleshooting, rigging, and functional checks on flight control, fuel, environmental control, hydraulic, oxygen, and engine systems.
• Carry out scheduled servicing, inspections, and operational checks on military aircraft.
• Complete all required documentation for maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
• Promote a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and coordinating with other technicians and supervisors.

Required profile

• Relevant Diploma or NITEC in Aerospace Technology, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Independent, proactive, and self‑motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and on‑site at airbases.
• Singaporean citizenship due to project requirements.
• Ex‑RSAF experience in aircraft maintenance is an advantage.
