Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

Vinova, a development company founded in 2010 for mobile, web and enterprise applications, is looking for a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer to lead product design across high-impact web and mobile platforms. The role bridges user-centric design with business strategy, turning complex enterprise workflows into intuitive interfaces, and involves direct engagement with clients on site and off site.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full design process from discovery to delivery for web apps, portals and mobile-responsive platforms, including user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Work with project managers, cross-functional teams and C-level client executives, uncover business objectives, present concepts and refine solutions based on feedback.
• Build, scale and govern Figma-based design systems, component libraries and style guides, and hand over design specifications to developers with quality checks.
• Integrate AI-powered design tools into ideation, user research, prototyping and workflow efficiency.
• Enforce digital accessibility (WCAG), usability benchmarks and web performance standards, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 4-5+ years of progressive UI/UX design experience, with a track record of leading design initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience presenting to and collaborating with enterprise clients, senior stakeholders or C-suite executives; government, fintech or large-scale enterprise background is a strong plus.
• A comprehensive portfolio showing end-to-end UX processes, design systems, stakeholder collaboration and measurable results.

Required skills

• Advanced mastery of Figma and building atomic design systems and interactive prototypes.
• Working knowledge of AI-driven design and productivity tools.
• Understanding of user psychology, conversion optimization, responsive layouts and cross-platform design constraints.
