Senior Vice President, Client Services (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Services to lead and grow our institutional real assets and real estate fund client portfolio in Singapore. The role will be the primary point of contact for senior clients, overseeing onboarding, delivery, and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships across a portfolio of real assets and real estate fund clients, serving as the main point of contact.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of new fund clients, from initial take‑on through steady‑state delivery.
• Oversee the accuracy and quality of client deliverables, applying hands‑on fund accounting and administration expertise.
• Partner with internal operations, tax, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Support client retention through trusted advice and high‑level service.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in fund administration or fund accounting, preferably within a fund administrator or asset manager.
• Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and leading client onboarding processes.
• Strong technical grounding in real assets and real estate fund accounting.
• Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore.
• Comfortable operating autonomously at a senior, client‑facing level.
