Senior/Executive Engineer – Geotechnical & Civil/Structural

About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Executive Engineer to lead geotechnical and civil‑structural design activities for ground improvement, foundations, excavations and related infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Design, analyse and assess ground improvement works, foundations, earth retaining structures, slopes, instrumentation and site investigations.
• Plan, design, supervise and coordinate geotechnical, civil and infrastructural works on site.
• Ensure compliance with statutory standards, regulations and relevant Codes of Practice.
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Assist the Team Leader in maintaining high‑quality design and supervision standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

Required profile

• Degree or Master in Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent recognised by PEB).
• 3–5 years of design experience on geotechnical engineering projects.
• Familiarity with structural and geotechnical design using Eurocodes.
• Experience with authority submission requirements and project management for civil/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of ground improvement techniques such as DCM, PVD, surcharge and VF.
