Senior/Executive Engineer – Road Construction

About the role

The Senior/Executive Engineer will lead the construction of road infrastructure projects, including new roads, expressways, interchanges, flyovers, underpasses and depressed road structures. This role ensures that all works meet the required quality, safety and contractual standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the execution of road construction projects from start to completion.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual issues.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports and adjust plans to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee testing and commissioning activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction or project environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
• Pro‑active attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
