Senior/Staff Mobile Engineer – Fintech & AI Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Senior or Staff Mobile Engineer to join our fast‑growing fintech and digital‑asset platform in Singapore. You will help design, build and scale high‑performance mobile applications that serve millions of global users across trading, payments, Web3 and compliance workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain mobile apps on iOS, Android and React Native (or other cross‑platform frameworks).
• Own complex features or platform modules from concept through production release.
• Work on product areas such as trading, payments, onboarding, KYC, compliance, wallet, Web3 and account security.
• Build reusable components, SDKs, internal libraries and tooling to improve developer productivity.
• Enhance app performance, reliability, CI/CD pipelines, release automation and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, Security, Compliance and Infrastructure teams.
• Leverage AI‑assisted engineering tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for coding, debugging, testing and documentation.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and technical direction across teams.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in mobile engineering, platform engineering or full‑stack product development.
• Ability to own complex technical features independently and deliver high‑quality code.
• Good product sense and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to work onsite in Singapore.

Required skills

• React Native, iOS, Android development.
• Swift, Kotlin, Java, Objective‑C.
• React.js and mobile architecture knowledge.
• CI/CD, mobile performance optimisation, API integration, testing and release processes.
• Practical use of AI‑assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
