Senior/Staff Nurse – Diabetes Clinic

About the role

JurongHealth Campus is seeking a dedicated Senior/Staff Nurse to join its Diabetes Clinic. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care and education to individuals living with diabetes, both in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' social history, lifestyle, and dietary habits to provide personalized diabetes counselling.
• Collaborate with the Endocrinologist to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients on insulin injection techniques, glucose monitoring (glucometer or continuous glucose monitoring), and review glucose profiles.
• Support quality‑improvement initiatives to enhance clinical and process outcomes.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing or State Registered Nurse Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in chronic disease management, preferably diabetes.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude, teamwork, and professional maturity.
