Toxicology Specialist – Asia

About the role

Join Croda’s Regional Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs team as a Toxicology Specialist focused on the Asia region. You will provide expert toxicological advice for new product development, ingredient defence, and strategic decision‑making, with a strong emphasis on novel non‑animal approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver up‑to‑date toxicology expertise, including New Approach Methodologies (NAMs), to internal business partners.
• Support customers with toxicology‑specific product and substance advice, prioritising non‑animal hazard assessment.
• Represent Croda at trade‑association workshops and deliver technical presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Act as the primary contact for all toxicology‑related queries across the organisation.

Required profile

• Degree in toxicology, life sciences or pharmacology.
• Minimum three years of experience in toxicology, hazard and safety assessment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of alternatives to animal testing and ability to support business development.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
