About the role
The Eastern General Hospital Planning Office is seeking a Senior/Staff Nurse to deliver high‑quality nursing care and patient education across multiple clinical areas. You will coordinate care, manage patient pathways, and evaluate outcomes for an assigned group of patients while mentoring junior nursing staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and patient education through coordination, care management and evaluation.
- Guide and supervise junior nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work across diverse settings including Emergency Department, Inpatient Ward, Radiology, Operating Theatre, Endoscopy, Short Stay Ward and Same Day Admission.
- Participate in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Prior experience in tertiary hospitals is an advantage.
- Team player with a positive, caring attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
