SEO / GEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO / GEO Specialist to lead and execute search optimisation strategies across our portfolio of beauty and lifestyle brands. The role combines traditional SEO with emerging generative engine optimisation to boost visibility on AI‑powered search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies, including keyword research, content planning, and on‑page/off‑page optimisation.
• Increase brand presence on AI‑driven search tools such as Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT Search.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal marketing teams and external SEO agencies to ensure strategic alignment.
• Monitor, analyse, and report performance metrics using advanced AI and analytics tools, adjusting tactics to stay ahead of digital trends.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle sector.
• At least 1–2 years working with Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) or AI‑powered search.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented with a strong eye for content quality and visual aesthetics.
• Passion for digital marketing and a solid technical foundation in SEO.

• Proficiency with SEMrush.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console.
• Experience using AI Overview tools.
• Experience with ChatGPT for search optimisation.
