SEO Manager – Lead Organic Search Strategy

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO team and develop effective organic search strategies that drive qualified traffic, improve rankings, and increase conversions for both our company and client websites.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO plans aligned with business objectives, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and technical audits.
• Collaborate with developers, sales, content, UI/UX, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO initiatives and site migrations.
• Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance, traffic, and conversion metrics; produce regular performance reports.
• Conduct competitive analysis, backlink strategy, and SEO trend research to maximize ROI.
• Mentor junior SEO coordinators and share best practices across the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technical SEO experience across multiple industries.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex website migrations and technical implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred.
