Service Advisor – Automotive Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to be the friendly face for our customers at Volkswagen Group Singapore. In this role you will guide vehicle owners through the service process, provide expert advice and ensure a smooth, high‑quality experience from appointment booking to vehicle hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions.
• Schedule service appointments, create and manage work orders, and keep customers updated on progress.
• Prepare clear cost estimates and explain charges during vehicle collection.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs and conduct final checks before hand‑over.
• Review invoices for accuracy and address any customer queries.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a service or retail environment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, independence and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and willingness to work alternate Saturdays.
