Service Advisor – Motor Workshop

About the role

We are an expanding motor workshop seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The role involves supporting customers and coordinating service activities as we grow together.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers and address their service needs.
• Follow up on issues with customers.
• Order parts required for repairs.
• Liaise with mechanics to ensure timely work.
• Liaise with administrative staff for paperwork.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the workshop manager.

Required profile

• Good command of language.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferably hold a Class 3 driving licence.
