Customer Program Specialist

About the role

Join UCT, a fast‑growing player in the semiconductor supply chain, as a Customer Program Specialist in Singapore. You will act as the bridge between customers, internal teams and production sites to ensure on‑time delivery and smooth commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse processes and programs to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Redline Global Purchasing Agreements (GPA) and Inventory Stocking Agreements (ISA) for renegotiation.
• Receive, review and monitor customer orders, resolve scheduling and shipping issues, and manage escalations in the ERP system.
• Negotiate drop‑in and pull‑in orders, publish daily production schedule reports and protect frozen windows.
• Prepare quotes, resolve invoicing problems, negotiate pricing changes and support revenue forecasting.
• Manage consignment/PACE programs, report on‑time delivery and inventory levels, and track customer‑owned inventory usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in customer service, program or order management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using ERP systems for order and production management.
