Service Center Technician

About the role

The Service Center Technician will ensure the Singapore service centre can deliver calibration and repair services for Eddyfi’s ET/UT product line. You will provide day‑to‑day technical support, maintain tools and resources, and directly influence customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform annual calibration, troubleshooting, repair and quality inspection of Eddyfi instruments according to international standards.
• Maintain and expand laboratory equipment, precision tools and measuring devices.
• Analyze electrical schematics, diagnose faulty components and work with R&D to implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and promote safe use of tools and test environments.
• Support day‑to‑day service activities and follow up on customer service requests.

Required profile

• Based in Singapore and able to work onsite in the company’s office.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to collaborate with R&D and service teams.
