About the role

The Service Crew member supports the smooth operation of SARAI Restaurant across Singapore. Working full‑time, you will interact directly with guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily service operations, including taking orders, setting tables, and processing bills.
• Provide appropriate menu recommendations and answer guest queries.
• Guide customers to their tables and attend to their needs promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
• Perform routine cleaning duties and support the manager with additional tasks as required.
• Adhere to all safety and food‑handling procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service is an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically and mentally fit to handle a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
