Service Crew

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role you will ensure a welcoming dining experience by handling table settings, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables with proper crockery, menus and other items.
• Replenish supplies such as napkins, tableware and condiments.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Inform guests about promotions, answer menu questions and make recommendations.
• Take orders, prepare drinks and desserts, and serve food and beverages.
• Clear and clean tables after guests leave and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Perform cashier duties when required.
• Handle opening and closing tasks, including drink preparation and housekeeping.
• Assist with any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE N‑Level or ITE qualification.
• Willingness to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• F&B experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with a consistently friendly attitude.
• Cheerful, energetic team player with a passion for service.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate.
• Basic math skills for cashiering.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
