About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our team at Shenton Way and The Bedok Marketplace. In this role you will interact directly with customers, ensuring a friendly and efficient service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily service targets.
Required profile
- Ability to read and speak English fluently.
- Positive attitude and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Required skills
- Basic cash handling.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale equipment.
