About the role
Join a bustling restaurant in Chinatown Point as a Service Crew member. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in front‑of‑house and kitchen support, with full training provided.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and attend to walk‑in guests
- Manage queues and take orders using the POS system
- Serve customers, clear tables, and ensure prompt service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Assist chefs and cooks in preparing ingredients
- Check and restock inventory as needed
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Required profile
- Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior F&B experience is a plus
- Willingness to work shift rotations (6 days a week, 11 am–10 pm)
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Required skills
- POS system operation
