Service Engineer – ACMV/CRAC Mechanical Systems

About the role

The Service Engineer will be responsible for the technical service, maintenance and troubleshooting of ACMV, CRAC and WDS systems across data centre sites in Singapore. You will work on‑site, ensuring equipment reliability and supporting clients with expert technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform periodic servicing, preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis of CRAC/WDS equipment.
• Execute equipment power‑up/down procedures and respond to emergency e‑calls promptly.
• Provide on‑site technical support and training based on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
• Prepare detailed service reports and submit weekly/monthly activity summaries.
• Monitor contractor activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and manage site events and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with ACMV, CRAC or similar mechanical systems.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to work closely with client engineering teams.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the East region of Singapore.
