Service Engineer

About the role

BioLab is seeking a Service Engineer to deliver pre‑ and post‑sales technical support for its life‑science equipment. You will work both on‑site at customer locations and remotely from the office, ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical support for equipment distributed by BioLab.
• Perform equipment technical inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Attend to equipment failure service calls promptly.
• Ensure standard procedures are followed and documentation is updated and traceable.
• Deliver technical service support via telephone or at customer sites.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering.
• Relevant work experience in the industry (advantageous).
• Ability to handle demanding and difficult customers.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Analytical and intuitive mindset.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain troubleshooting processes.
• Creative problem‑solving and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
• Leadership qualities and teamwork orientation.
