Service Engineer / Technician – Chiller & HVAC

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer/Technician to maintain and service chillers and HVAC systems across Singapore. The role involves ensuring equipment reliability through both preventive and corrective actions while providing excellent customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform servicing and maintenance of chillers and HVAC equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Support chiller overhaul, troubleshooting, and start‑up activities.
• Liaise with customers to troubleshoot and resolve service issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and service activities.
• Support service scheduling, job planning, and preparation of technical reports.
• Ensure all work complies with quality, safety, and EHS standards.
• Perform other service‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Air‑Conditioning & Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience with chiller systems, HVAC, or air‑conditioning equipment.
• Basic knowledge of chiller troubleshooting, overhaul, maintenance, and start‑up.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with customers, contractors, and vendors.
