Service Leader / Maintenance Manager

About the role

Jardine Schindler Group is seeking a Service Leader / Maintenance Manager to drive safety, profitability and customer satisfaction across its elevator and escalator service portfolio. You will lead a team of technicians, manage contracts and ensure the highest standards of product safety while supporting the growth of the service business.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety programmes to achieve zero workplace and passenger injuries, including toolbox talks, safety walks and periodic inspections.
• Manage business performance in the designated area, meeting budget, reliability and profitability targets.
• Convert free‑maintenance equipment to paying contracts, renew existing contracts with price adjustments, and recover lost contracts.
• Collaborate with sales and repair teams to identify and close repair, upgrade and modernization opportunities.
• Plan staffing, route organization and workload allocation to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, address issues promptly and conduct periodic inspections to ensure service excellence.
