Service Project Engineer – BMS/M&E (Training Provided)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Project Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This entry‑level position focuses on building management system (BMS) and mechanical & electrical (M&E) services, with full training provided to develop your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manpower for maintenance and servicing works.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor work progress at customer sites.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and facility‑management teams.
• Support routine system checks, troubleshooting and system improvement works.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational issues.
• Prepare service reports and maintain servicing records.
• Obtain quotations and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Follow up on maintenance issues until completion.
• Attend site meetings when required.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• No prior working experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working at active construction and maintenance sites, which may be dusty.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Understanding of PLC systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems.
