Service Technician / Assistant Engineer (West)

About the role

We are looking for two motivated Service Technicians / Assistant Engineers to join our West technical support team. The role involves both indoor and outdoor maintenance of cleaning equipment, ensuring reliable operation across our client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform outdoor and indoor repair work on all cleaning products.
• Carry out mechanical preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, replace spare parts and complete repairs.
• Collaborate closely with other service technicians to resolve problems and coordinate jobs between field service and workshop.
• Work primarily within the company workshop; no outdoor repair duties are required.
• Undertake any ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Professional Certificate or Nitec in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in repairing forklifts, automobiles, heavy industrial equipment, or similar machinery.
• Strong knowledge of engines, motors and electrical systems.
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
