Service Technician (FRS) – Operations

About the role

Survitec is seeking a Service Technician (FRS) to join its Operations team in Senoko, Singapore. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality installation, maintenance and repair services while upholding safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform servicing, installation, maintenance and repair activities in line with quality, safety and standard work routines.
• Identify and communicate continuous‑improvement opportunities across the service footprint.
• Represent Survitec professionally during customer interactions, providing technical answers based on product knowledge.
• Assist specialists with set‑up and testing of new products or processes; install complex systems as trained.
• Carry out preventive‑maintenance inspections and diagnose equipment or system failures.
• Follow Survitec policies, regulatory codes and health‑safety procedures, obtaining supervisor authorisation for any procedural exceptions.
• Plan monthly schedules with the Service Operations Manager to ensure appropriate manpower.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through store requisition processes and contribute to problem‑solving for process variances.

Required profile

• High school education (4 GCSEs or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant job experience, capable of operating unsupervised in at least one Survitec service line.
• Commitment to safety‑first culture and Survitec values.
