Service Technician (FRS) – Operations

About the role

Survitec is seeking a Service Technician (FRS) to join its Operations team in Senoko, Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality installation, maintenance and repair services while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance and repair activities to meet quality, safety and performance targets.
• Identify and communicate continuous‑improvement opportunities across the service footprint.
• Represent Survitec professionally with customers, providing technical answers and product knowledge.
• Assist specialists in setting up and testing new products or processes and install complex systems.
• Carry out preventive‑maintenance inspections and diagnose emergency repair needs.
• Follow Survitec policies, regulatory codes and health‑safety procedures, obtaining supervisor approval for any exceptions.
• Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to plan monthly schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
• Maintain accurate stock records through store requisition processes.
• Work with business‑improvement teams to implement toolkits, solve process variances and apply corrective actions.
• Promote Survitec values, a safety‑first culture and an inclusive team environment.

Required profile

• High school education (minimum 4 GCSEs or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience enabling unsupervised operation in at least one service line.
• Ability to adhere to mandatory procedures and obtain approvals for exceptions.
• Commitment to personal development and competence across multiple product lines.
