About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Servicedesk Agent to join our team in Singapore. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide technical support and ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in‑person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Maintain an accurate log of user interactions and resolutions.
- Assist with onboarding new employees on IT systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar servicedesk or IT support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
Required skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Experience with remote support tools.
