ServiceNow Architect (Enterprise Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise workflow and custom application solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather functional and technical requirements and translate them into robust ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine, UI Builder, Service Portal and Now Experience.
• Configure and integrate SSO/LDAP with Active Directory and manage controlled deployments using Update Sets, CI/CD pipelines, and batch migrations.
• Provide SIT/UAT support, oversee testing, and ensure smooth production stabilization.
• Maintain core ServiceNow modules such as Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, Asset Management, CSM and Project/PPM.
• Develop and maintain ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, notifications, reports, dashboards and scheduled jobs.
• Participate in Agile delivery cycles, contribute to release management, patching, upgrades and production bug fixing.

Required profile

• 12+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience covering architecture, solution design, implementation and support.
• Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise‑scale ServiceNow projects from concept to production.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions.
