ServiceNow Developer – Contract (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Singapore. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow applications that support our IT service management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and integrations.
• Configure core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Build and enhance Service Portal components and catalog items.
• Develop REST and SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Required profile

• 3‑8 years of IT experience with at least 4 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Notifications, and ACLs.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP web‑service integrations.
• Understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Developer preferred.
