Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment

About the role

The Services Specialist will act as the primary liaison between customers and operations, ensuring smooth communication on order status, quotations, and deliveries. This role supports GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore in delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting site performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, provide quotations, and update order status, including approvals, PO reviews and invoicing.
• Coordinate timely shipments and host customer visits.
• Maintain accurate customer data such as pricing, exchange rules, and scrap replacements.
• Resolve order‑on‑hold issues to drive sales and meet contract obligations.
• Support standard work and Kaizen initiatives using FLIGHT DECK fundamentals.
• Prepare data and conduct performance reviews with customers as required.
• Execute ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Customer Experience Leader.

Required profile

• Strong communicator and problem‑solver with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of customer order management principles and process analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Data‑analytics background with solid planning and organizational skills.
• Calm temperament for handling disputes and emergencies.
